To withdraw consent, contact us through the website or by e-mail to the personal information manager, and we will immediately take the necessary measures, such as deleting the personal information.
Retention and use period of personal information
- For member registration information: when you withdraw from membership or are expelled from membership
- For appointments: when the processing of the appointment and the treatment have been completed
Notwithstanding the retention periods above, where there is a need to continue to retain the information we obtain your consent.
Technical measures for the protection of personal information
In handling your personal information, D-day Dental Clinic takes the following technical measures to secure it so that personal information is not lost, stolen, leaked, altered or damaged.
Your personal information is protected by a password, and important data is protected by separate security functions: files and transmitted data are encrypted or a file lock function is used.
For member authentication, D-day Dental Clinic uses authentication and security devices that can transmit personal information safely over the network using cryptographic algorithms; where this cannot be carried out for system reasons, confirmation of intent is carried out by a member of staff.
To prevent your personal information from being leaked through hacking and the like, we use devices that block intrusion from outside, and we have installed an intrusion detection system on each server to monitor intrusion 24 hours a day.
Receiving opinions and handling complaints
